Born in Jerusalem, living in Kfar Adumim, married and has four children.
She is a Music and voice therapist, a Group Analyst, and a Supervisor.
Works in her private practice with individuals, adults, parents and analytic groups, and in the Ministry of Defense with bereaved mothers and widows. She is teaching at 'David Yelin' college and at the social work school of the Hebrew University in Jerusalem. Tamar gives workshops combining voice, movement, improvisation and group analysis, and gives lecturers on conferences.
Her professional experiences includes working with: sexual abused ,eating disorders, grief, mental illness and life crises.
